Many features but user friendly.
What do you like best? I like the ability to segment customers when sending emails. It preloads my customer lists from shopify automatically and is just ready for me. What do you dislike? i haven't noticed much that i dislike since i started using it. There are limited options it seems for the background picture in the forms like the pop up forms asking for customer's email addresses. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I enjoy the product integration best from my shopify shop. What do you dislike? I would like a little faster customer service help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to make better automated emails that feature more direct links to my products on my shopify shop!

BEST VALUE
What do you like best? Can do everything competing services can, but is more intuitive and less expensive. What do you dislike? The dashboard could be more visually appealing, but it's fine. Recommendations to others considering the product: Download it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to automate data collection and response as well as build up our crm.

Great Way To Connect With My Customers
What do you like best? I love the ease of use. I can create a professional looking email in a matter of minutes which helps a very busy shop owner. I also love the landing pages and the live view option via the Omnisend dashboard which allows me to see if I have any customers currently on my website. Best Mail Client We Have Used
What do you like best? We went from Mailchimp to Omnisend because of the shopify changes. We love the integration forms that go onto shopify. They are easy to set up and personalize. We really like that you can save your footer and social URLs so that way we don't have to reenter them every time we make an email. What do you like best? We are in love with the ease of creating an emailer and sending it to our customers. This allows us to send over emailers without hardly any effort. Everything is very functional. What do you dislike? We have not found anything that we dislike to this point. This has been a great marketing tool for us. The BEST!
What do you like best? Easy to use interface, great layouts and fonts, clean aesthetic. What do you dislike?
