What do you like best? My favorite thing about Omnisend is that it 100% integrates with our Shopify Site, this makes it way easier to manage everything. What do you dislike? Some of the data seems to be a bit off, and pricing is a bit expensive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving our conversion rate problem. We have seen an increase in sales since we've began using it.

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use though a few tutorials for how to do basic stuff might be helpful. For example I still don't know how to do a few things that I'd like to be able to do...like export my created documents as pdfs. It might not even be possible. What do you dislike? OmniSend is Great

What do you like best? Simple to use and has most features that are needed in an email marketing platform. What do you dislike? There are a few things missing that would be helpful. (Or things that simply don't work well - For example, it would be nice to not put a limit to how many segments we can create. Next, the tool which allows us to pick products off the website to put in our email doesn't work most of the time. The system Mailchimp uses for this works significantly better. ...

What do you like best? Compared to some other solutions on the market, Omnisend is quite straight forward and do the job perfectly. What do you dislike? It's OK. Lacks some important features

What do you like best? I like that it is fairly easy to use and the reporting is decent enough. What do you dislike? Lack of control for some design aspects that makes you find work arounds. No separate styling for mobile. Can not create additional lists, only segments and tagging. Can not run report on products sold. Pricing is based on list size, but also on number of emails sent per month. Other platforms price based on list size with unlimited number of sends. ...
