Excellent, good value and quality e-marketing platform!

What do you like best? Integrates perfectly with Shopify. Always friendly and helpful online customer service. Targeting is spot on! Automated workflows are simply FANTASTIC! Amazing app that has given great visibility to what happens in our store

What do you like best? Live view is a really helpful tool and you can see who is looking (or looked at what at any time. The marketing and newsletter tool is very easy to use and its great that you can create segments of different targeted groups with easy drop down menu's when setting up. Better than what mail chimp ever could do

What do you like best? I enjoy the many features that omnisend provide, including the ability to email customers back for abandon carts. The whole setup seems to be more intuitive and straight forward. I've used mail chimp for 3 years, and now I'm wondering why I didn't just use Omnisend to begin with. What do you dislike? Product friendly email marketing

What do you like best? How easy it is to insert products into emails and create segments of users based on shopping behaviors. What do you dislike? Very similar to mailchimp but things are in different places which can be frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits of shopping behavior segments has been a new feature for us, which is helping to solve marketing issues.

What do you like best? Helpful staff that are able to answer my questions around the clock. Pricing is pretty competitive with respect to how many features are available.
