What do you like best? I love being able to automatically manage abandoned carts, following a very detailed workflow. I also like the reporting system, very detailed. Customer support is very reacting and helpful. What do you dislike? There are no particular aspects of the application that I don't like. Nice Integration with Big Commerce
What do you like best? Automated emails after people sign up for newsletter encouraging them to buy. What do you dislike? Templates seem to be a bit inflexible, but I have not worked hard at it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had trouble getting it to accept a credit card, and could not find a contact. It is super easy to use.

What do you like best? The simplicity and guided direction of the design and layout of the site makes it very easy to navigate. I love the product picker tool. What do you dislike? There are a lot of things you can do with the templates they provide, and I've had hardly any trouble making things come out the way I want.
