Have only been using it for less than a year but am extremely satisfied so far with it.

I like how Omnisend really walks you through how to create all of the automations / workflows and also gives you suggestions of workflows that would be helpful specifically for our business. Fantastic Email Solution for Shopify

What do you like best? I love all of the integrated features including Abandoned Cart emails, email templates, etc. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The templates are beautiful. It's very easy to customize everything. The pricing is incredibly reasonable. And there is also a free plan for small lists, but the free plan doesn't have all of the additional features (like automated emails including cart abandonment.)
