"Team Accountability "

What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to track our listings from contract to close. What do you dislike about Nutshell? We are a Commercial Real Estate company, so I would like to see more admin type tracking as far as the ability to assign tasks to our agents throughout the pre listing process. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to have our entire database in one place. Saving us a tremendous amount of time.

"Great for Me"

What do you like best about Nutshell? As a newcomer to CRMs, Nutshell is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. I really enjoy the dashboard feature we can display in the office so everyone can see how our pipeline is doing. I also love the "Scan business card" feature which makes networking so much better. What do you like best about Nutshell? Its easy to keep track of interactions with potential clients. You can also schedule weekly-monthly follow ups. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Supreme Customer Service"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customer service staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. The follow up to make sure all of my needs are met. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing thus far....I have used it for only a short period of time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales prospect organization... keeps them organized and tracks all of the aspects of the sales prospect.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I can access from all the computers I want, even with any phone. What do you dislike about Nutshell? 2 things: In the phone the interface is different I can't lick different lead to the same task and sometimes that is necessary What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Look for new clients, as well as support clients in the use of the software we comercialice.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The dashboard on Nutshell is great for providing real time information and is easy to understand/use. Adding and removing information from accounts is easy to understand/use. I have had very few issues uploading CSV information to Nutshell and the few problems I had were resolved within 24hrs. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the user interface the most. It's very clean. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I've had issues with logging activities on a lead - and attached to that lead is a person - but after the lead is closed, the note/activity doesn't follow the person. I have to go into the old lead.
