"Fantastic CRM that has all the bells and whistles as the large firms at a cheap price."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The program does most of the work for me. Most of my contacts are auto populated from my google account and all tasks autosync'd to my calendar. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'm such a big fan that I wish there was a reseller program. I've referred at least 5 clients their way. I also wish there was QuickBooks integration. "Great Way to Manage Prospects"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that it is customizable with goals, tasks, and the notes that link to email What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dont like how the appointments get lost within the tasks on the new dashboard. They should be prominently displayed What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of goals on a daily basis so I can strategize to hit them. I have realized how many calls/emails it actually takes to get a sale.

"User friendly and easy to learn"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is Intuitive and user friendly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish it were easier to pull certain reports--i.e. a report of your tasks for the month What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to share information across our teams in a meaningful way. Love how when you BCC nutshell your customer emails are recorded in the database.

"Best app ever"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Calendar, where you can keep track of your daily task and activities. I like the most is I can upload business cards info, look at the uploaded image anytime and no need to type anything! The system is user friendly too. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? That I can import many contacts and keep better track on email conversations What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'm still trying to find my way around a bit. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: It's a good product to gain more control of your contacts. I like that I can attach files and links to contacts too. "Great CRM for gmail users"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The product is incredibly easy to set up, and integrates seamlessly with gmail which really improves the usability of the software because it automatically records interactions with clients. It also schedules my activities right into my google calendar. The dashboard and interface are easy to use and the mobile app is clean and simple. What do you like best about Nutshell? The Dashboard lays out everything you need. In addition, I like the clarity of the fields and ease of use. Good, clear graphics.
