What do you like best about Nutshell? Simplicity in setting up (data transfer and their staff willingness to actually assist) and learning Nutshell. Excellent features such as mapping, creating teams, duplicate removal and more. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Probably the only thing I dislike is the mobile versions so far, they are pretty good, but not as good and as thorough as the desktop version. What do you like best about Nutshell? Can synch to email. Create leads and follow ups to leads for different departments within the company . Glad company is taking initiative to improve platform. "Simply, the best CRM web application. Fast setup and great support."
What do you like best about Nutshell? There is a lot to like about Nutshell. We came over from Salesforce after 6 years of use and our sales team couldn't be happier. I'm practically the office hero for making the switch. The changeover was incredibly fast too, I had my sales team ditching Salesforce after 1 week. "Perfect tool to stay on top of all customer interaction."
What do you like best about Nutshell? I really like the way that all customer contact can easily be enetered into Nutshell and very quickly reviewed to stay on top of customer contacts. Also, the activities tool is very helpful to planmy time and then quickly log the synopsis of the contact and schedule any follow up activities based on the same accounts and contacts. What do you like best about Nutshell? The interface looks awesome and is really inviting to sign into. It's as equally easy to use. What do you dislike about Nutshell? That LinkedIn stopped allowing their integration. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking all contacts and knowing they're in a trusted system to make the most of the relationship.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple interface, not bloated. Other programs do not have an easy to use UI. Training needs are almost non existent because of the simplicity. What do you like best about Nutshell? The affordability is right up there. It is easy to use and add users or delete users quickly. "Works Very Well For Us"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The mobile version is very simple to use. We use it for tracking leads to sales in an air conditioning company and it does everything we need it to. I am able to provide up to the minute reports on sales pending and close ratios when asked. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There isn't anything that we've found to dislike in this software. "Nutshell is a terrific CRM program for almost every need."
What do you like best about Nutshell? I have worked with a number of CRM programs, including SalesForce. Far too often, CRM programs are bloated with features and designs that nowt only do very few companies need, but even less will use. The design team at Nutshell "gets it," their features and user interface allow up the vast majority of users, such as my firm, to be up and running very quickly using features that most companies (like 95%) need.
