What do you like best about Nutshell? I work with a lot of temporary staff and needed something that was intuitive and easy to understand. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like Nutshell;s simplistic approach to CRM and their clean platform design. "Best Solution for Small Business"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use and understand. Consistent way of tracking our accounts. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Significant lag on some days and tasks are not always appearing on the dashboard. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Nutshell to keep track of past, current and future proposals (won and lost) for each client so we know what services have been sold, when the contract expires, and what services are being proposed.

What do you like best about Nutshell? For a CRM It is simple to learn and implement. The interface is clear and and there is a good depth of tools to allow you to customize the procedures for your team.
