What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to access nutshells easy to use platform from anywhere at anytime ensures that my data is up to date and available at all times. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I would like to see a little more functionality built around the list features. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick email follow-ups directly from Nutshell have increased my leads by at least 20%

"We're new to a CRM and Nutshell has been helpful."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Entering data and how companies and people can be connected or separate. What do you dislike about Nutshell? You can't CC anyone. My colleagues don't use Gmail and are having issues with emails appearing. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of leads and communication. For the most part, yes.

"Nutshell has been improved a lot and has turned into a great CRM over the years"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The portal is easy to access and update your various leads. The sorting/ability to customize the process and your views is nice. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Doesn't integrate to other applications, is NOT responsive and doesn't offer a mobile app, the UI is a bit dated. Reports could be more intuitive as well. "Good database tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that, when emailing clients or potential clients, you can bcc the nutshell email and it saves it to the client's database. It also lets me know when there's a duplicate name and gives me the option to merge the contact with the current business. It also allows you to add tags, which makes it really easy to track a specific group of clients. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Nuthshell review"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We like the flexibility in Nutshell to set up a pipeline for tracking prospects. We have some peculiar needs in this regard so being able to customize to our specific environment is great. And it is easy to change when needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Nutshell Duplicate suggestion spoils the whole experience"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a good CRM software which comes with a major drawback. Features like tagging, location on maps, leads section, mailing systems are on point. What do you dislike about Nutshell? They seriously need to drop their duplicate suggestion feature. "My review in a nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I really like that its so user friendly - the pipelines and automated sales tracks really helps make things streamlined What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's quite confusing initially to figure out where to go to make changes to the configurations of the system itself but once that is done its not so bad. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Management of our current clients in addition to prospective ones.
