"Great product with lots of versatility"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The simple interface is great and easy to catch on to. The ability to tag teammates to grab their attention is useful. Having the ability to customize parts of the product is great too. The search function is pretty good and I love the ability to choose between different types of interactions and outreaches. "Simple but effective"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I have used many CRM systems over the years & Nutshell is by far & away the easiest, most intuitive system I have come across. It’s work on all platforms seamlessly & really helps me keep on top of my projects & leads. Well done Nutshell What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Nutshell Perfect Small to Medium Companies"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy setup and easy to maintain. Low cost and easy to support within a growing company or business. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Lack of integrations. The list is growing and they are improving connections to other applications every year. What do you like best about Nutshell? Can see an overview of all the leads and be able to easily filter and produce reports at a click of a button. The layout of Nutshell is easy to use and user-friendly. The dashboard shows everything I need to know at a glance and then the leads tab allows me to look into more detail. What do you like best about Nutshell? Customization and Pipeline Process management are my two favorite capabilities within Nutshell. We rely on our default pipeline weekly and the ability to add custom, trackable fields to our lead view has been a game changer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Great, easy to use UX/UI"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The ease of customizing the reporting feature! I can specify exactly what I want! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I've had issues saving settings before, but I usually not have any issues. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We've always had issues keeping track of communications with potential clients. Nutshell makes this easy and allows us to set reminders!

What do you like best about Nutshell? Does an excellent job of maintaining lead progress at any level. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily identifying comps from previous years to anniversary in current year, maintaining a standardized process, and tracking progress of leads at various stages of the life cycle.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is quick and simple to use. It has all the features that we care about in a CRM at a fraction of the cost. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I would like more control over data views. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Pros and Cons"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use and quite flexible. There are many options and you can use it to manage a lot or you can use it for simple tasks What do you dislike about Nutshell? The timeline on the leads (where all of the project messages go) is completely useless if you have several projects with the same client. "User Friendly and Easy to Navigate"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The Lead function makes tracking very easy. The ability to search either by company or person makes finding information very simple. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish it was easier to filter or search past communications. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to have more transparency and better streamline our communications with users and customers.
