"Streamlined workflow in a functional CRM."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to understand and non-cluttered interface. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Integrations with Zapier are severely lacking. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: If you're looking for a very simple SaaS CRM with all the basics, this is it. However, if you find you need more functionality or integrations with other apps, then Nutshell is sorely lacking in this regard. There are other CRMs out there that aim for this kind of simplicity, ...

"Competent and Flexible Business Tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Creates a place for a "single source of the truth and history" regarding customer contact information. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Can be complicated to sort leads with lots of filters, both those may be worth while for other applications. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone can see the contact history and notes are not spread across multiple platforms.

"Tons of features"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how customizable Nutshell is. There are so many categories, fields, notes, etc. that users can use to make the product work for their business. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish Nutshell had tabs across the top, so you can have multiple pages/areas open at once, and easily navigate to them. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Using Nutshell, we're able to keep track of a myriad of details about our clients, ...

"Nuthshell review"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We like the flexibility in Nutshell to set up a pipeline for tracking prospects. We have some peculiar needs in this regard so being able to customize to our specific environment is great. And it is easy to change when needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't particularly like the way the notes are unsearchable. If integrated with the desktop, tons of emails - some redundant - end up in the system and it is difficult to scroll through them. ...

"There is no more bang for your buck out there for CRM."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The best thing about Nutshell is the ability to integrate with other platforms and ease of training new users. The way the pricing structure is set up really caters to small business and that is very hard to find in the CRM arena. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dislike how automated some things are as it opens the door for users not taking control of the database and overall data integrity. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Keeping ...

"User friendly overall, integrations need some work"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the organisation and tagging ability What do you dislike about Nutshell? I struggle with some of the integrations with Mailchimp. Mailchimp is connected to our website...and I'm unable to keep the lists in nutshell as up to date as the lists in mailchimp as nutshell can't update when people unsubscribe etc. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are collecting a customer database which we haven't had prior. Benefits ...

"Fair to middlin'"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to BCC email updates directly to a contact in Nutshell and keep the team informed, and not have email threads be locked to a single individual. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's not the central hub of starting a customer transaction at my place of work. Not necessarily a problem with Nutshell itself. I would rather see it used as a team management tool where transactions start and end with Nutshell, rather than have it as yet another ...

"Nutshell has been a good CRM for the money that we pay."

What do you like best about Nutshell? I appreciate that customer support is always available when I call, I also appreciate that the CRM - though relatively limited in features - is easy to use. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dislike that there seems to be an unwillingness to implement feature requests. When I've asked for features I feel like I'm just sort of written off - there isn't a follow up process, there isn't any indication that the feedback was passed on to ...

What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to keep up with our leads and communicate with our internal team efficiently. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Hard to say, they do a great job! We usually bug them about features and then shortly after they are available ! Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Choose them! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are generating more business for our company at a faster rate and we're able to make a ...
