What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to understand and non-cluttered interface. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Integrations with Zapier are severely lacking. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: If you're looking for a very simple SaaS CRM with all the basics, this is it. However, if you find you need more functionality or integrations with other apps, then Nutshell is sorely lacking in this regard. "Competent and Flexible Business Tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Creates a place for a "single source of the truth and history" regarding customer contact information. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Can be complicated to sort leads with lots of filters, both those may be worth while for other applications. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone can see the contact history and notes are not spread across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how customizable Nutshell is. There are so many categories, fields, notes, etc. that users can use to make the product work for their business. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish Nutshell had tabs across the top, so you can have multiple pages/areas open at once, and easily navigate to them. What do you like best about Nutshell? Robust reporting abilities. and the ability to ID leads and and sales geographically What do you dislike about Nutshell? You can only search for name and lead number, not by address, phone, email etc What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? All of the information on our leads in one place. Attaching all our sales quotes, documents, pictures, and notes in one place is invaluable for keeping track of what's happening with every sales lead. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Entering address information for a new customer doesn't work right. What do you like best about Nutshell? I work with a lot of temporary staff and needed something that was intuitive and easy to understand. I tried just about everything and Nutshell was the best for this while still giving me everything I needed as a poweruser too. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The ease of use and integrations make overall usability very high. App is also very responsive and robust. In addition, the time for us from sign up to full implementation across our organization was very quick and painless. What do you like best about Nutshell? What I like best about Nutshell is the very customizable dashboard and filters. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't like that I can't multi-add tags.
