What do you like best about Nutshell? The collaboration with our team in multiple states is great. We use the system to send reporting back to our clients and suppliers. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that, when emailing clients or potential clients, you can bcc the nutshell email and it saves it to the client's database. It also lets me know when there's a duplicate name and gives me the option to merge the contact with the current business. What do you like best about Nutshell? Entering data and how companies and people can be connected or separate. What do you dislike about Nutshell? You can't CC anyone. My colleagues don't use Gmail and are having issues with emails appearing. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of leads and communication.
