We are a unique organization that requires specific data points that are not in standard CRMs. What do you dislike about Nutshell? UI for both mobile and desktop versions. "Excellent CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Great tool for keeping up with customers and the emails we have sent to them. I like the way we can turn a Lead into a sale and track the progress of the transaction along the way with Stages. We love the ability to send out email blasts to selected customers. "Nutshell's potential is huge"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We are due to launch Nutshell in the next month. Customizing this CRM for our needs has been almost pain free.
