Hard to navigate, easy to click on what you're not meaning to. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Prospecting, logging sales activities, managing sales pipeline.

I haven't found anything that I have disliked Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Use it! It has been a great addition to our company! "Nutshell is an excellent and affordable solution for small to medium size companies "

What do you like best about Nutshell? You can export most of the data on demand or via APIs. It's user-friendly to update and search. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Could be great if you could download trend data as well, i.e. tracking a lead through time or multiple leads. Value at certain times, progress history of how many leads reps had a certain time over a 12 month or more period. At the moment you can only down the latest status of leads. What do you like best about Nutshell? Our team makes Nutshell work for what we need because we're not necessarily a sales team. We use it mostly for the processes as we need an easy to change to-do list for the processes we have in place. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Simple, easy CRM platforom"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The simplicity of the platform makes it easy to understand, its not to complex and it is not clunky like others I have used. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It would be great if you could get a notification when someone OPENS in email. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Having all of our contacts in one centralized location and being able to see the performance metrics of sales teams.
