What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is like Dunkin Donuts. It is a GREAT product, very convenient and easy for anyone to use and love. Salesforce is a bit like Starbucks - expensive, complicated and everything seems to be an extra fee. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how whenever I have a question Nutshell is SO QUICK to respond! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I feel it is difficult to find answers to problems my team has been finding. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Make sure you know how to integrate emails properly. What do you like best about Nutshell? How intuitive everything is and the helpfulness of the staff. It was easy to roll out and so easy that everyone including our CEO use it. "Easy to use and keeps getting better"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The simple to find menus and reports. All users don't have issues due to the simple layout and usability of the system. Also like the export feature and the ease of uploading data. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mapping would be more helpful if it allowed travel planning. "Keeps it all together!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of using the Nutshell system :) I love the fact that everything is in one place and that you can customise what flow works best for your company. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing yet ... I have had no issues with Nutshell ad have been using it for years! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We do not follow-up enough, Nutshell helps make sure you do!

"As a recruiter, it is hard to keep track of everything but Nutshell has made it super easy for me."
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the way I can create different profiles and status for my candidates. I also like the way I can track the schools that I work with. Being able to link my gmail has been fantastic as I just have to take a quick glance at one of my candidte's profiles and know where they are in the job process (with emails and events). "Sexy UI and UX - so easy to use and they have the best support team!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I love that I can call them and their entire support team is in the great US of A! Communication is easy. You can see their smile though the phone. No, they did not pay me to say this. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish I could do more on the mobile app but I know they have a lot of things on the roadmap which btw is public!
