"Easy to use and keeps getting better"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The simple to find menus and reports. All users don't have issues due to the simple layout and usability of the system. Also like the export feature and the ease of uploading data. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mapping would be more helpful if it allowed travel planning. What do you like best about Nutshell? I think Nutshell is easy to use and navigate thru. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When doing a search in the Leads tab. "Simple but effective"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I have used many CRM systems over the years & Nutshell is by far & away the easiest, most intuitive system I have come across. It’s work on all platforms seamlessly & really helps me keep on top of my projects & leads. Well done Nutshell What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? After using a trial version, I was able implement Nutshell for our sales team within weeks of starting as the new Sales Manager. "Nutshell has been a good CRM for the money that we pay."
What do you like best about Nutshell? I appreciate that customer support is always available when I call, I also appreciate that the CRM - though relatively limited in features - is easy to use. What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to BCC email updates directly to a contact in Nutshell and keep the team informed, and not have email threads be locked to a single individual. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's not the central hub of starting a customer transaction at my place of work. Not necessarily a problem with Nutshell itself. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the organisation and tagging ability What do you dislike about Nutshell? I struggle with some of the integrations with Mailchimp. Mailchimp is connected to our website...and I'm unable to keep the lists in nutshell as up to date as the lists in mailchimp as nutshell can't update when people unsubscribe etc. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? It's so simple to use. Our entire team uses it and the collaborative features are the best What do you dislike about Nutshell? Would like a better integration with mailchimp (transferring tags, etc) What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales and some CSM pipeline stuff.
