The way customer contacts/structure can be managed - contacts can be harvested from multiple sources and their relations managed; with custom fields one can build up very detailed overview of strategic selling targets, their needs, opinions and decision powers. "Nice basic CRM for small group"
What do you like best about Nutshell? We are using Nutshell for a three-person sales team and it works pretty well. It's nice that you can block off accounts by sales person and control what others can see. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The export process doesn't have as much flexibility for filtering as other programs. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how easy it is to organize my leads. Nutshell gives me the ability to nest all of the information for each lead. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? i like integrations with other soft that we use, i like the colors and simpleness of the menu and settings. logical layout. What do you dislike about Nutshell? not so many integrations with ticketing systems. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: leave integration with zendesk and develop it further. What do you like best about Nutshell? With a team who does all outbound calls, the ability to make and record calls right in the system is a must. Nutshell quality has been outstanding.
