What do you like best about Nutshell? Navigation seems to be fairly easy. I can typically find what and who I want within a couple of clicks. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Ok, I was recently trying to get a subset of companies, contacts, and emails. Nutshell would not do what I wanted. I actually had to run two separate reports to get the data. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is great as it provides a complete package for managing leads and contacts and can be fully customized to each team member's work flow. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love that Nutshell is so neatly laid out. It is clear to understand and easy to figure out quickly. What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of seeing overview of recent activity What do you dislike about Nutshell? Overall I don't have much to say negative What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We have utilized it for tracking recruits, onboarding and offboarding. It has been useful in maintaining records, notes and scheduling for all of our team so "balls don't get dropped."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The thing about Nutshell is that it's fairly easy to use, doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles that get in the way, and is pretty intuitive. We moved from Salesforce, where we were only really using a tenth of its capabilities, to Nutshell, which is much more streamline and easy to understand. What do you like best about Nutshell? Customized sales process allows us to better fit our procedures. Global contact list for the company has allowed us to eliminate duplicate or secret lists, keep everyone on the same page easier.
