"Review of Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of seeing overview of recent activity What do you dislike about Nutshell? Overall I don't have much to say negative What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We have utilized it for tracking recruits, onboarding and offboarding. It has been useful in maintaining records, notes and scheduling for all of our team so "balls don't get dropped."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Everything is one place - can upload attachments, write notes on account, add tags, and lots of customization. I also like that everything syncs from our gmail accounts so nothing is lost in personal email threads/conversations. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not everything will show in a birds eye view, only the first 3 documents attached.. first 3 tags listed etc. Not good for contract management or tracking of updated annual pricing. All manual, ...

"Good CRM system"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is point-and-click. It doesn't take much training to get a new person up and running on the system. The ability to schedule pickups and assign to a specific person is quite helpful, especially since the alert is sent to their email address. It's also a good system for creating leads for whatever business you're trying to run. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is easy to use. To get up and running with the basic features take very little time. My team was able to start implementing the Tasks and activities right away. The search tool is very powerful for finding people and companies. "Solid CRM System"

What do you like best about Nutshell? How much customization is available to businesses. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I haven't tried the mobile app in a while, but when I did it wasn't useful to me. I'll try it again pretty soon. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping my pipeline organized is pretty tough without something like Nutshell to keep it all organized and easy.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Navigation seems to be fairly easy. I can typically find what and who I want within a couple of clicks. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Too much repetition. The same information is in too many places and can be confusing"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to look up leads and great notification for updates needed and followups with clients What do you dislike about Nutshell? Too many sections that contain the same information. Can all be steamlined into one. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? Good categorisation for clients. I can sort lists easily to find out who is where or when who hasn't been contacted in a while. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There is not much support when it comes to integrating other tools or if you mention something is not working or could be working much better - you just get told to "suggest it in the community forum" to get "votes".
