"Nutshell CRM took my team from disorganized to organized!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use was very important in selecting a CRM...so that my team would actually use the software. Second, I was looking for a reasonable price. Nutshell fit the bill on both counts. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Can't think of any downsides. We do wish there was an integration with Quickbooks Desktop, but I don't think any CRM has that. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? My team is organized and, since we are in ...

"Easy, quick, great UX!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Very easy to create need leads and have a track about them. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It would be great if the phone numbers could link to Facetime/Joinme/Zoom/Skype Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Don't think it too much, quite simple to use it. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a track of my leads and see if I'm missing to do some activity. Realize how often I stay in contact with my ...

"Love it! "

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is super easy to utilize, and we use it for tracking any tickets which is a huge help! What do you dislike about Nutshell? Only thing I do not like is I wish it was easier to merge accounts. It isn't hard now, but I have to filter just right to merge sometimes. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Just do it! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? The tickets! We just started using it to track any ...

"We call it "Nut Love" because it's so great! "

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very intuitive and easy to use. It's like the Apple of CRMs. They've thought about the best ways to make the system make sense for your needs. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes it logs people as leads and as regular contacts. So we have to merge the two different profiles. I've also struggled with emails properly registering. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Intuitive interface. Great for teams. What problems is ...

"User Friendly and Does the Job"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The support for Nutshell is really responsive and helpful. I don't feel like I'm talking to a robot when I talk to them. I also like how easy it is to add things like custom fields and pipelines. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Security is sometimes an issue. It's not that easy to configure permissions based on the type of users (some users need to only view high-level info while others need to be able to access and edit all fields). Recommendations ...

"Flexible startup CRM With Annoyances"

What do you like best about Nutshell? This CRM is very affordable for small businesses looking to scale sales ops. It offers a lot of flexibility within their framework. Their customer service is responsive and they constantly roll out new features. What do you dislike about Nutshell? A lot of the useful logic/automation is locked in at the higher price point (pro). Tiered usage per user doesn't seem to be offered for teams that don't want to pay for features some users won't use. Pending ...

"Daily user enjoying simplicity of the platform"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the that the platform doesn't feel loaded down with a bunch of features that I'm not using. It's straightforward and streamlined and presents the information easily. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'd like to see improvements in the mobile app, specifically in logging activities. I also wish that the funnel feature was available to free users. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We're keeping track of all of our ...

"It's good for small sales org"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The thing about Nutshell is that it's fairly easy to use, doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles that get in the way, and is pretty intuitive. We moved from Salesforce, where we were only really using a tenth of its capabilities, to Nutshell, which is much more streamline and easy to understand. I also love the mobile app, it's great when on-the-go or working remotely. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell is missing a lot of reporting ...
