"Customer Management Super Powers"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We have tried many CRM applications but nutshell brings us right back. We especially find useful it's daahboards. I especially like the integration with Gmail and outlook and mobile devices This allows me and fellow mangers have realtime informatation on activities.. emails, calls and visits with current and future clients. "Nutshell is great "

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is great for keeping customers information and jobs all in one place What do you dislike about Nutshell? That it is does not link with Quickbooks Online What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great for updating company info and note taking and for uploading files to each customer.

"Getting better all the time!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very intuitive! We didn't need a huge CRM, we needed something we could tailor to our needs and Nutshell fit the bill. The customer support has been outstanding as well. A few minutes on the phone with a team member and what you thought was impossible is now part of your daily routine. What do you like best about Nutshell? It was easy to import data, the kanban board for opportunities and map search functionality are excellent. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It was too easy to "mess up" the data mapping when uploading data. Nothing forces you to be consistent in mapping fields, which lead us to duplicate/missing info sometimes. "Nutshell is a Great Replacement for Highrise"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The first part of moving CRM's is to find one that can export your current data from another CRM and import it quickly and efficiently into the new system. "Accountability 101"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to set goals and the ease of going through the system to see follow up. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Takes a minute to learn, would like more detailed reporting. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Accountability and our ability to see if follow up for our sales prospects and customers are being done.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use for admin. Good upgrades to email template options. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Again, the lag of the dashboard processing account information. Its better, but still slow. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Overall good platform. Saves time and keeps everything in order and organized. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting tasks, reminders, notes, basic CRM stuff.
