What do you like best about Nutshell? We have tried many CRM applications but nutshell brings us right back. We especially find useful it's daahboards. It was too easy to "mess up" the data mapping when uploading data. Nothing forces you to be consistent in mapping fields, which lead us to duplicate/missing info sometimes.
