"Nutshell for Tech Services"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the "edit-ability" of Nutshell ad the user interface is pretty friendly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think the activity/event calendar can be expanded on a it. It would be great to be able to schedule activities in a monthly/weekly calendar interface similar to Google Calendar. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Nutshell has good usability but like all CRM's you only get out of it what you put into it. You have to be very ...

"Flexible, cost-effective CRM for a small business"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the way Nutshell's SaaS model can flex to meet my company's needs, and that we're not shoehorned into prescriptive ways of doing things. The leads board is especially useful. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mobile app is super clunky to use. Just entering a new opportunity takes forever. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Give it a trial, and see how you get on. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Good CRM for a small SAAS sales team"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We have many contacts (hundreds of thousands) to deal with but a relatively small sales team (<10). Nutshell's pricing and flexibility is what we needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The reports could be more detailed. Sometimes the main information doesn't stand out enough. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We scaled our sales team from 2 to 10 persons with Nutshell, optimizing our processes along the way.

"Messy but detailed "

What do you like best about Nutshell? Organising all clients and see the track of the sales process and history before going in to a meeting. The history is very well used that it is saved on a company level if one Key account manager is ending it's employment. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The workflow is a bit messy. It's time consuming to keep all clientcards updated. specially in a market where alot of people change firms so will it fast be outdated info. Recommendations to others ...
