What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a great system for B2B tracking of Contacts, Accounts, and Leads. I really like the timeline tab that consolidates all of your notes and activities for each Account or Lead. The easy flow integration with LinkedIn and Gmail is a lifesaver. "A good value CRM that includes many features"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the breadth of tools and data that Nutshell can provide for us. The user interface can display lots of data windows, but it does so in a smooth and pleasant way. I can rearrange panels and go back and forth between different metrics fairly quickly. The cost is on the low side for what we get. What do you like best about Nutshell? We've used their API to automate the synchronization of contacts between Nutshell and our Google Domain shared contacts.ability to create custom Tags to apply to any of the Contacts or Accounts, and then sort by them, and create Products and place valuable prospects. What do you like best about Nutshell? The user interface, open API and the integrated calling functionality. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The reporting is limited and clunky. "Great CRM for mid-size company"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to access from anywhere is convenient. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mobile app doesn't provide as much functionality as what is needed for my sales team that spend a lot of time on the road. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to track leads, sales stats and segregate our prospects by source and industry.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that it is web-based; I can access and enter information via computer or phone. There are numerous reports and information that can be configured and displayed in a usable format. Excellent CRM. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how easy it is to use Nutshell. And how easy it is to find the answers to things I don't know via their tutorials. Their customer service is also top notch. What do you dislike about Nutshell? We haven't delved too deep into functionality yet, I guess I'd be interested in how well the reports do but we are tracking such a small client base right now that I don't know if we are utilizing it in a way to find the holes. What do you like best about Nutshell? The filters! The columns! The tags! I can compile any grouping that my heart desires. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Automatically including every dang ol' social media link, with no way to confirm or deny them. And that it will sometimes auto-merge 2 different people's links, based on them having the same name.
