"Perfect CRM for startups"
What do you like best about Nutshell? In previous jobs, I've mainly used Salesforce, which is a powerful tool but requires a lot of development to make it useful. Nutshell has customisation available on the main aspects needed (can add different products, unique tags, unique fields and automate workflows). "Very simple and user-friendly design"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the ability to create custom lists based on many different kinds of filters and tags. I also really like the feature that allows me to see the companies and people lists on a map. The ability to add custom fields has really helped us, we have been able to add several links to google drive docs that allow us to edit in real-time. "Good overall"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the ease of customizing almost everything. It's fairly intuitive and they have many systems which allow for simplifying repetitive activities. I like being able to edit directly from the main lists. I also mostly like the email sync. I love the whiteglove service as we've needed customer service for a variety of issues and support. "The tools are useful and simple!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has a variety of tools that allow us to manage clients and thus contacting clients is a simple sales and marketing service. What do you like best about Nutshell? This CRM provides great features for the team to stay focused and provide surface-level details on where to improve. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Best tool for sales and accounting
PROS: This software has many strong points and I listed some of my favorite things about it. Helpful CRM tool!
PROS: This software is a great success tracker for our marketing campaigns. It is so versatile and functional so even new users can easily navigate around it and use it to aid their tasks. It definitely contributed to the increase in our sales and helped in making our business successful. CONS: The formats of leads to accounts for the sales and marketing process can still be further optimized. It's also beginner-friendly.
