What do you like best about Nutshell? Activity tracking, being able to track automatically when and how we have been in touch with a client is key. Our emails sync into Nutshell and their phone calling feature with call recording is the best we have used. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Great system for small teams!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We absolutely love that we can sync our emails to ensure we don't overlap communication with our clients. As primarily remote employees, this is the best feature that most other CRMs do not offer! What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's a little pricey for small businesses and teams! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Client communication and leas! The benefits again are that we can see our team member's communcation!

What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple to use, we moved down from the "full service" package with an account manager because it was easy enough to handle on our own. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Unable to split revenue for projects across years or quarters, this is a big part of how we do our financial reporting so we have to handle this aspect manually outside of Nutshell. What do you like best about Nutshell? The user interface is great, it is super customizable to meet almost all of our needs, and it is simple but in a good way. It is robust but it FEELS simple as a user, which is important to me. A biggie? The customer service is STELLAR. That is huge. Nutshell may not be Salesforce, but I don't want them to be. "Fantastic CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We love all of the features that Nutshell offers! What do you dislike about Nutshell? It can be a bit overwhelming at first for our sales team. But once they are trained it is great! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to keep track of customers and who got contacted when. We are able to get all of our communications into one platform.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is easy, intuitive, and deceptively powerful. Having an immediate context of the map and weather for each contact is fantastic.
