"I love Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customer service if I need it. So far it it user friendly but if I get stuck, someone is there to help me quickly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I like Nutshell and have no dislikes at this time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Nutshell I tried to keep track of leads on Excel, but it was not interactive like Nutshell is.

Would love online file viewing , I dont like that if I upload a pdf to a lead I have to download it to view it. Also no affiliate program sucks because I recommended a lot.
