"Great CRM!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Intuitive and easy to use. Customer Svc. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Some features are not avail, but they are always updating/improving their offerings. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Their email reply system could you some work as it doesn't show the thread of the conversation - which is often important. Ease of tracking status of leads that allow for customization to my needs.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Customer Service, Intuitive UI/UX, features that meet our needs and price point. What do you dislike about Nutshell? A little more connectivity between leads, client names, and companies. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how intuitive Nutshell is, how it efficiently and effectively syncs and pulls in data What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't like several things, most notably the inability to get a reminder for a task of 5 minutes or less. I also don't care for how duplicates are merged, where the new info is superseded by the older record in a new record. "Great Product, Cost Effective"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple to understand, I enjoy the intuitive features. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I want to be able to create a drip campaign for multiple users. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to try and stay organized out of GSuite. It's impossible. This is a great solution and the team helps with answers via chat. You're pushed a little to reach goals.

"LOVE this CRM"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Well, I am learning more and more everyday as my business grows. I love the financial aspect, the reminders, the email capabilities, the SMTP. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a fairly basic CRM, but that's where the beauty of the platform is. There's no extra "stuff" that makes the environment complicated or difficult for users to navigate. It's very straightforward to enter in new information, track leads and assess your pipeline.
