I love the features!
PROS: I love that the app organizes and categorizes data. It's customizable so you're free to make it your own, or something that would fit perfectly for your business. CONS: Nutshell doesn't allow users to open multiple work pages at a time and keeping them in a tab. I wish it can do this so it will be easier for users to switch from one tab to another.

Perfect for managing workflows!
PROS: I really love the drag-and-drop capabilities of Nutshell's interface. It makes everything easier -- from organizing contact profiles and tracking sales. It also has the ability to assess trends in the market which we find really helpful in strategizing. It also works perfectly when integrated with other apps, especially mailer apps. One of my favorite application for organizing sales processes
PROS: We can enter data without spending lot of time on clicking around. It works perfectly with an iPhone app and other CRM solutions. Its customer support team is wonderful and extremely helpful. I personally like its goal setting feature and dashboard counter because it provides us with the information about the performance of our projects. CONS: I miss integrations with other social media networks like Facebook or Linkedln, it would be extremely helpful if we can see contacts on ...

Best CRM tool available in the market!
PROS: For me, the best features of this intuitive software are its outreach tool, contact management system, and calendar! I love how it manages data and track emails better than other CRM software out there. CONS: Nutshell is not that customizable. You have to allot time and effort to do it, given that there's also a limited resource for tutorials. Managing deals can also be tricky because of how the system was structured. Integration is a bit challenging. Navigation can still be improved.

One of my favorite easy-to-use apps
PROS: You can easily enter your data without wasting too much time on clicking around. Also it works great with an iPhone app like any good CRM app should. Customer service is very helpful. In addition, the goal setting feature is something I like the most. Also the dashboard counter that shows the progress of your projects is great. "Nutshell is a game changer for us"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a very transparent, easy to navigate and flat view CRM platform. It's flexible, nimble and the Nutshell team is often making updates to assist with user experience. The support team is also extremely helpful and very responsive. "Not sure what "title for your review" means."
What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to navigate; more intuitive than other systems. Templates are easy to set up and use. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I will not let me set up an automatic set of emails for more than 1 person. That creates a lot of extra time when I have a list of a few thousand that I want to touch base with periodically. I have to either mail my list each time, or just one at a time. Neither is ideal and both take a lot of extra work. I dislike that I cannot ...

"NUTSHELL won't drive you nuts - but it will drive your business!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I've used many CRMs, and this truly is my favorite to date. Nutshell is extremely easy to use and customize, there isn't a huge learning curve to use it! I love that with a push of a button it connects to the system I use to my constant contact account.
