Nutshell is great if you need help with running your business

PROS: When I started using Nutshell I was amazed by its features that help me to modify my business processes. You can easily import leads from other systems. Their search tool is fast unless you have tons of data then the search will be difficult. The software itself is of great value including the pricing. "Simple, versatile CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how I can easily setup my own custom pipelines and the assign tasks, automations, and integrations to each pipeline. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Great sales management tool for your small business

A simple and powerful UI that integrates very easily

PROS: It offers a simple but powerful UI, beautiful dashboards, and a very well-documented REST API that integrates very easily. Technical support and customer service are very great as well. CONS: There is some slowness experienced when large number of entries are present. Internationalization can also be tricky to set up. Also, more 3rd party integration would help make it better.

A great first CRM new and small businesses should use

PROS: Nutshell has been great for our software firm. Support via chat and email is excellent and they are always willing to hear new feature ideas and requests. It's also affordable enough to be a great first CRM for new and small businesses. CONS: Data cleanliness can be a bit of an issue as you can get a lot of duplicate leads during importing. Reporting is not that bad right now but there is room for improvement.

It helps us to achieve great results

PROS: Nutshell offers great set of features for services, sales and products. We can easily manage tasks and leads. I recommend this product to everyone. I like its customer support service because they are always available and helps us to solve any kind of problems. CONS: This is quite new product and I feel that they are doing everything in order to meet its customers’ needs.

A software for better communication that is simple to set up and learn

PROS: It is simple to set up and learn. It also offers excellent features such as mapping, creating teams, duplicate removal and more. CONS: The mobile versions are pretty good, but not as good and thorough as the desktop version. I hope to see improvements on the mobile versions soon.
