Nutshell is perfect tool for managing contacts

PROS: I like that I can put all my contacts into Nutshell without wasting time. It allows us to organize and manage all customer contacts. I like that we can easily organize our workday and schedule our activities. The price is worth and I would even pay more. CONS: I need Nutshell app for iPad. The app on iPhone needs some improvements.

Nutshell is great app if you are working with sales

PROS: Nutshell offers me wonderful tools for customizing my business processes. I can easily import leads from other systems. The search engine is fast, but if you have tons of data it can be little difficults. The price is also wonderful thing about this product. CONS: We have inside and outside sales teams and they have to use various processes for same purpose. Also, it requires lot of clicks in order to get from one step to another.

A great monitoring tool!

PROS: This software is perfect for monitoring the reach and performance of our marketing campaigns. On the users’ end, Nutshell is really a flexible software that eases out our marketing and advertising operations. It increases our productivity, while also increasing our income. CONS: What I don't like about this software is that new users might find it difficult to navigate at the beginning. User-friendly interface

PROS: I love creating pipelines for my sales processes because I customize them accordingly based on our company's requirements. A big shout out to the customer support team, as well, for being extremely helpful. CONS: Well, I've encountered a few bugs in the app. It's just a minor compatibility issue and some unresponsive tools that were immediately fixed.

Flawless software!

PROS: My favorite feature is the bulk email tool. This software definitely improved the way we handle potential customers because it's easier to reach out and keep them updated. CONS: Perfect app! There's nothing I don't like.

What do you like best about Nutshell? This email marketing tool is integrated with a great CRM. I can send daily emails and weekly newsletters to multiple contacts. Reporting on opens and clicks is integrated with the CRM as well so I can follow with phone calls in real-time. I have used Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and various capacities. The Nutshell Outreach tool is just as powerful. Yesterday it took me 2 hours to build a complex email marketing piece and send it to 4K+ subscribers. ...
