"Simple, intuitive, customizable CRM!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is simple to use, easy to set up, and easy to customize. I was able to recreate my sales funnel with little trouble. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to understand and focus on the important issues with contacts. What do you dislike about Nutshell? maybe integration with Office would be helpful so that Word docs could easily be created. What do you like best about Nutshell? Its super customisable and isn't restrictive like some other CRM systems I've used. It links with everything in our stack either natively or via Zapier integration. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There are some confusing elements around recurring priced products and determining the value of those. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales processes are more transparent and lining up nicely with marketing.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The interface is very easy to use and navigate around. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Email integration is horrible and not pretty at all. Website form integration is bad as well, and we couldn't find a way to round-robin assign and route leads. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has been great for our software firm as it grew from a startup to a mid-market company. Nutshell is very similar to us in age, culture, feature philosophy, etc. so I always enjoy interacting with the team.
