What do you like best about Nutshell? It's a very comprehensive and easy to use lead tracker that also connects to my email, alerts, auto templates letters and can be used on an App as well. "Nutshell is a great CRM that allows you to do anything you could imagine."

What do you like best about Nutshell? What I like best is that Nutshell keeps my leads in order, and keeps me on task with all of my leads allowing me to keep track of them all in one place. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to import contacts and create leads. I like working the leads dashboard and the steps/columns that are there to work them to the "won" status. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The email integration was a little tricky. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Traking incoming customer requests and leads. Ideally working them on a regular schedule enough to win/close the leads.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Tracking pipeline with proper notes and easy links to sales partners. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I have to put in whole name to find a record. Does not intuitively search from partial name. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems I am solving are keeping good contact records for follow-up all in one place. Benefits are more can be done in an efficient manner.

What do you like best about Nutshell? After using Nutshell for over a year we love it. It makes tracking our pipeline so much easier. The flexibility is amazing and the cost is well worth it. What do you dislike about Nutshell? We haven't run into any issues yet that cannot be overcome. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Taking disconnected sales pipelines and aggregating them into usable data and management reports.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use tool with good pricing models. Designing pipelines was never this smooth, and a plus point is the quick customer support. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Forecasting is challenging to build up every month. It is primarily designed for one-time deals and not recurring revenues generated by the company. The Nutshell API could be better. The dashboard doesnt show the won leads of the current fiscal year. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that each lead you enter you can update the status on, it helps to keep track of each lead accuartely. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's hard to keep track of people who have responded back to you in your normal inbox, in Nutshell - you have to go back and update their status yourself, which is time-consuming and hard to remember manually.
