"Keep it Simple & Effective"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how easy it is to train and use within a team. Everything is user friendly and makes it simple to get the information that you need. The app is great! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I do not like that I cannot change the value of a lead after it has been created. Id like to assign a final value to the lead when closed. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are preventing piglet deaths.

"Favorite CRM to date!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease and flexibility it has. Very user friendly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing comes to mind currently. Meets all of my needs at this time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily connecting me to my candidates when it automatically pulls up their social media profiles and info when I input their names and email.

No way to configure search engine, duplicates are rarely actual duplicates What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing all our company's contact and leads on one platform; keeping track of where we are in terms of interacting with clients

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use. It's very easy to track, modify and update. Fairly intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Very basic. Admins aren't able to modify shared email templates. Outgoing email is great but then any response has to be cut/pasted in. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? A way to track and interact with clients. Great way to communicate client needs/progress across a large team.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The system to set up my pipeline and leads is excellent. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The tasks and activities system could be better organized to reflect daily priorities as compared to other crm systems. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Expect a streamlined and easy-to-use application that has a bit of a learning curve, but delivers where it counts.
