Emails that are bouncing are not displayed on the company landing page, you have to click the contact to find out that the email is bouncing. "Nutshell is a great CRM that allows you to do anything you could imagine."

What do you like best about Nutshell? What I like best is that Nutshell keeps my leads in order, and keeps me on task with all of my leads allowing me to keep track of them all in one place. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to import contacts and create leads. I like working the leads dashboard and the steps/columns that are there to work them to the "won" status. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The email integration was a little tricky. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Traking incoming customer requests and leads. Ideally working them on a regular schedule enough to win/close the leads.
