"My favorite small/medium-sized-biz CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has been great for our software firm as it grew from a startup to a mid-market company. Nutshell is very similar to us in age, culture, feature philosophy, etc. so I always enjoy interacting with the team. "Great CRM system"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Its super customisable and isn't restrictive like some other CRM systems I've used. It links with everything in our stack either natively or via Zapier integration. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There are some confusing elements around recurring priced products and determining the value of those. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales processes are more transparent and lining up nicely with marketing.

"Nutshell is very adaptable, easy to use, with all the features you look for in a CRM."
