"Simple & Agile CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is super customizable which has been a huge benefit for my team! We have a number of unique sales processes as we do not just sell one product. It was quick to get the hang of and the training was easy to follow and all pre recorded! What do you dislike about Nutshell? There is very little I dislike. I have sent a recommendation to the Nutshell team to add a feature so I am sure given their culture of asking clients for feedback, the system ...

"Our company has used nutshell for almost 7 years. It does a great job at managing our CRM needs!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The great user experience and the ability to customize the software to fit your needs. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Occasional bugs and it can be a little funky when it comes to searching in companies/leads/people. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: I would tell them to consider Nutshell if they are looking for a simple, cloud-based, CRM. It does its job well! "Review of Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I really enjoy the pipeline structure that indicates the status of various business leads. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dislike how if certain tasks associated with leads are not completed, they show up daily in your "task bar" until they are completed. Often times, the timeframe for when those tasks need to be completed by has not yet passed, so them being visible daily can get a bit annoying. Recommendations to others considering ...

Nutshell does not integrate well with our current ERP system, DDI Inform, but that is not Nutshells' fault. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Nutshell has been the one program that we've had almost zero complaints about since signing on years ago. Very happy with the CRM!! "Nutshell is a pocket friendly CRM for a start up"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like Nutshell's email integration with my contacts. One of my main reasons for using a CRM was email outreach, which happens quite effortlessly with Nutshell. Once I add a user, running an email outreach campaign for them is pretty straightforward. What do you dislike about Nutshell? 1. When I create a lead, the emails sent to the people are not pulled into the lead screen. Ideally, I would like to see all the emails already sent to the users added in ...
