What do you like best about Nutshell? Automated emails are pretty time-saving, especially since you can tie them to milestones within any given pipeline. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Automation of tasks, inbound/outbound email tracking, reporting--too many plusses to pick just one. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Would be great if emails deleted in Apple Mail, etc were also deleted in Nutshell, but no real issues.
