I dislike the ease of changing pipeline since it impacts pipelines and processes for other employees. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the friendly and supportive customer support team. They are always available to answer questions, which has been very helpful as a first-time CRM user. What do you like best about Nutshell? I find the system very easy to use and navigate. The layout gives me the information that I find essential on one page. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Solid, Intuitive platform for sales reps"

What do you like best about Nutshell? This platform is very intuitive. It is simple to track deals through the sales process, send out emails directly from the platform, and track all interactions with your deal list. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple user-friendly interface. I mostly use it for tracking leads and it just does it very effectively with the pipeline feature.
