What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the interface of Nutshell best. It's easy to use and intuitive. You'll learn the platform in no time. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When you send emails, it often fails to keep a thread. It can be unpleasant if you're not keeping track of your campaigns through other means. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very intuitive. I've used 4 other CRMs prior to Nutshell and none were as intuitive. I also love the US Support with no difficult to understand accents. Also like the integrated email marketing and the reporting from campaigns. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is efficiently designed for users to access key information quickly. In comparison to the mainstream CRM options it is dramatically cheaper. It is easy to train as the design is very intuitive. It is also very easy to setup new users or deactivate users when appropriate. The mobile app is also quite good and works on most phones well. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell helps me stay organized by tracking working deals and helps to remind me when to follow up with potential clients for more assitance. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I really don't have a downside to Nutshell at this time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily see all of the deals that I have open and working. It's good to see how much the deals are worth.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Able to track all different types of interactions. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Emailing out of Nutshell does not always work. What do you like best about Nutshell? I think the Map view of all of my Companies is awesome. That's probably the easiest way to visualize an entire region at a high level.
