What do you like best about Nutshell? We've enjoyed using Nutshell for the last year. It keeps our team super organized and love the integrations with other systems like Gmail and Quickbooks. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is superb on tracking emails, clients, phone calls, companies, company info, and so much more! I love that I can have everything that I need right at my fingertips with nutshell. They even have an app that you can scan business cards into and it will automatically upload information for you! What do you like best about Nutshell? I love being able to integrate my email and Nutshell so I can see when customers have opened our messages, and the follow-up reminders I am able to set through Nutshell. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes the home page can get a little hard to navigate through. It would be nice to be able to customize this more. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the ability to communicate with other teams across my company and delegate tasks to specific groups or people What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dislike the ease of changing pipeline since it impacts pipelines and processes for other employees. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Definitely solving an efficiency problem. With Nutshell, we are able to run through vetting and onboarding new clients seamlessly.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I think the Map view of all of my Companies is awesome. That's probably the easiest way to visualize an entire region at a high level. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think the Inbox and ways to send emails could be cleaned up a bit and more user friendly to each specific employee within a company. What do you like best about Nutshell? That I can have unlimited contacts and it does not cost a fortune like other services. What do you dislike about Nutshell? That I can't select contacts not to be included in the marketing service. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? I gather all clients and don't have to break the bank.

"Great tool to track interactions, a bit of work for manual entry required"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Able to track all different types of interactions. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Emailing out of Nutshell does not always work. It often goes to the client's spam. The search tools are finicky. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and keeping all interactions on file.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the interface of Nutshell best. It's easy to use and intuitive. You'll learn the platform in no time. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When you send emails, it often fails to keep a thread. It can be unpleasant if you're not keeping track of your campaigns through other means. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a great place to work through templates and track client information.
