What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to manage contacts, businesses, leads, etc. It's perfect for keeping me up to date on who I need to speak with, tasks I need to complete, etc. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When setting a task the time does not reflect on my calendar. Instead, all tasks are shown at the top of my calendar for the day. An easy to use and smart web app for organizing data

PROS: Nutshell is an easy to use and ergonomically smart web app. It helps manage leads and also manage projects by company as you see your achievements growing over time and work done. CONS: Sometimes, the links between the leads and the company are confusing and unclear. It would be great to see the leads attached to a company or people in a big frame. It would also be great to see your team's leads in your personal leads (because team leads also belongs to you) but maybe it is already ...

Smart, easy-to-use and Intuitive tool for your web

PROS: All of your contacts can be put into Nutshell very quickly and easily, that is somehting I really love about this app, you don't waste your time, also, you are on top of your customer contacts. This tool is perfect for organizing my time and to schedule my activities. It is worth every penny, I would really pay even 20%more. CONS: I really need an Nutshell app for an iPad version, also, the app on the iPhone need some improvements but it is functional.

Solid product for organizing contacts and all your tasks

PROS: I like Nutshell’ dashboard activities because it provides me with information about sales and instructions about next steps. It allows me to create multiple sales processes and to organize things easily. It saves me lot of time and I’m more focused on other important things. CONS: This tool provides only one direction, they could link the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and appointments from Outlook.

Nothing but praise! Love this app!

PROS: I highly recommend this app! It's the best one out there! Easy to learn, easy to navigate. The developers are also generous when it comes to tutorials. They have a lot available to help users fully experience the app's features. And great, great, great customer service! CONS: I don't have any issues, but I have a little suggestion. I hope the developers would use the term "DEALS" instead of "LEADS." It's a bit confusing.

Cost-effective, user-friendly CRM

PROS: Nutshell is a really straight-forward tool. Navigating into different pipelines is so easy. I also love how helpful their support team is! CONS: I hope the developers improve the appearance of the interface, like adding more colors and enabling color coding for labeling information.

Affordable and customizable to meet our needs

PROS: Nutshell is very affordable and offers great customizable features like the sales pipeline, products and services, easy to use lead uploading, and task management. Customer service is also very easy to reach whenever I have a problem. CONS: It is still fairly young as a product, though that itself is not a drawback as its features can be improved upon for the better.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The efficiency of creating leads and their status What do you dislike about Nutshell? Onboarding - although it's easy to learn, it just takes a while to get set up and get things going for the entire team. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? LEADS! It's a great tool to use when tracking your team's current leads (given everyone is using it and keeping up to date).

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell does not take an on-boarding team to get started. There are no setup/on-boarding costs, and yet the platform has a great deal of flexibility with how you set things up and is really quite powerful with the use of tags - right out of the box.
