What do you like best about Nutshell? There is nothing positive to say about a product that is constantly down. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has all the features of an expensive CRM, but you have the option to use them or not. What do you like best about Nutshell? The screen is not cluttered and it's easy to use. Having said that it's also powerful. I have tried many others and like Nutshell the best.
