"Nightmare"

What do you like best about Nutshell? There is nothing positive to say about a product that is constantly down. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It regularly takes 30-60 minutes to complete basic processes such as importing 10 Leads and seconding 20 emails. There is no issue with my email as I can send things from my Outlook no problem. "Perfect for a one-man-show!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has all the features of an expensive CRM, but you have the option to use them or not. Tracking all emails by lead keeps everything in one place and saves lots of time trying to remember OR FIND what you sent to a customer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Tagging and email follow through is good What do you dislike about Nutshell? Often not compatible for Canadian business. I dont like how much time and effort the review asks of customers only the show error or that the submissions are full. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to learn, easy to use"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to see all of our lead activity and correspondence from one place. The help section is detailed and easy to understand. Customer service is also very responsive and super helpful. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The screen is not cluttered and it's easy to use. Having said that it's also powerful. I have tried many others and like Nutshell the best.
