"intuitive, efficient"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the connection of the lead for the project and the map that helps to locate customers per area. What do you dislike about Nutshell? This is 100% US design, we have location abroad that can't use very well. It would be nice to facilitate filling information between lead and company. For example address needs to be type twice. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? none at the moment

What do you like best about Nutshell? I truly appreciate how complex the product is. You can find features for almost everything you need to manage sales teams and customer relationships across the globe. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a low-cost CRM, and a good alternative for Salesforce. It's easy to use, and has a fairly robust support library. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It isn't as clean as Salesforce, especially when it comes to duplicate contacts and reporting. There are also far less integrations available than Salesforce. "I really enjoy the efficiency of the CRM and is very user friendly."

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how user friendly it is and how it enables transparency across the company effortlessly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? That it only intergrates with Microsoft Office (Excel) and not numbers for my Mac. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Intuitive platform"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It has a simple layout and lots of features, and is easy to follow. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Linking projects to customers and people can be cumbersome. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell makes it very easy to be organized, and the schedule / reminder's help keep on top of tasks.

What do you like best about Nutshell? One of the amazing features I came across in a nutshell is the ability to make phone calls and generate leads in the CRM itself. What do you like best about Nutshell? I liked that it keeps a record of the emails we have with each client, so its easy to scroll down and see our conversation history. We are a wholesale company so when it comes to selling online I believe there are much better programs to help you keep track of customers and leads. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
