People were able to self-train on most features successfully. It has all the features we need without a lot of extra stuff that we don't. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There are a few picky formatting requirements when entering data but it is minimal. If you don't email through the program ...

"Great for small teams"

"Love Using Nutshell!!!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the easy of getting setup on Nutshell, how helpful the team was in the transition from our old CRM. What do you dislike about Nutshell? NOTHING!!! It does everything we need and more!! What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us track our "deals" and the amounts. We benefit by keeping up on monthly amounts and last price increase so we can adjust fees accordingly

"Nutshell is an easy to use (critical), high feature/benefit CRM that's constantly being updated."
What do you like best about Nutshell? Super easy to use. Without this, we'd be SOL, as our staff are not hugely computer literate. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There's some connectivity benefits that could be added. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping everyone on staff knowledgeable of what sales increasing efforts are being done. Keeping each outside salesperson aware of follow-up needed.
