What do you like best about Nutshell? The ease of access and being able to move jobs from one stage to the other in the pipeline is very helpful. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The biggest challenge is using it across all industries. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of jobs in the pipeline and being able to find address, phone numbers, email address. Yet the system is only as good as the people that enter the information.

"Good and getting better"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell organizes leads in an easy-to-follow workflow. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The automation of emails can be sketchy. I'd like it to see specific triggers instead of just "email" or "phone call" before it moves to the next bucket. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping my leads organized and flowing well from area to area.

"Most of what you need, none of what you don't. Good, lightweight CRM."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Email templates, pipelines, and follow-up reminders. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Occasionally slow. Doesn't offer much for rich customization of fields and relationships. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us keep in contact with our customers and prevents things from falling out of sight (and out of mind).

When adding people to an account it prompts you to add a person's profile who is already tied to a different account.
