What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is easy to use and easy to navigate. When searching for a company, person, or opportunity in Nutshell, you will find it quick and fast to show you the results. I especially like the interface which is displayed out in an easy-to-use fashion. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Product updates seem to be slow to come out. The ability to us able to move contacts up or down your list of names would be preferable, but we are still waiting to see ...

The site is not user-friendly and hard to teach others to use. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? E.g. you can configure pipelines via drag & drop, so it is easy to set them up and reconfigure them later, if needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Most or all selection fields like tags must be pre-configured. In my opinion it would be better for Nutshell to accept new tags, options, etc. on the fly while typing them into the input field. I am missing ...
