"Nutshell is very user friendly"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Extremely easy to navigate. Customer service is awesome as well. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not being fully customizable is the only setback. But, honestly, it's not that big of a deal. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Great place to know where I am with each lead throughout the sales process + the marketing ability to them is great.

"Easy, Well-Featured, and Intuitive"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the ability to customize different lead stages, the ability to add sources, categories, and sort all possible data. Nutshell is also very intuitive and comprehensive. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell has a very steep learning curve, and doesn't seem user-friendly at first until you learn more. There also is no onboarding process that goes over the basics Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Take the time to explore the ...

"Playbook to follow along"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The good thing about nutshell, is it gives you all the steps that you need to get from the beginning of the process to the end. There are checkboxes to help you follow along and make sure that you haven't missed steps. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There can be an over abundance of steps as well. It's not as obvious when there are duplicates all the time. I wish it maybe looked a little bit more old school, all the graphics can be ...

"Way easier than salesforce"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is super user-friendly and intuitive. I also appreciate that there's an easily accessible help desk linked to the toolbar so that I can get speedy responses when I need to troubleshoot. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes Nutshell can feel a little limiting when it comes to app integration..but I also think that's the charm. It's definitely a tool that's better for small businesses. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that ...

"Functional, Flexible, and Wildly Intuitive"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I've used a number of the "leading" CRMs in my career, and Nutshell is far and away the most accessible and intuitive system that I've used. I never feel as though I've had to give up any of the integrations and connectivity that I was used to, but whether on the mobile app or the webapp, Nutshell just works without drama or complexity. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There is certainly less configurability and customization than with other CRMs, ...

"Intuitive product, exceedingly great service"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Frankly, I like the service best. I know that raises an eyebrow because it makes people wonder, "Why does he need to contact customer service if the product is so great?". That's a legit question but it doesn't mean the product is not great. A good CRM platform is going to be deep and wide and have a lot of functionality that takes a bit of time to learn. I'll admit, I'm not the fastest learner of CRM tools, so once in a while, I ask the team for ...
