What do you like best about Nutshell? We use nutshell to track our leads and quote projects; the integration with PandaDoc is an excellent tool if you like all the templates used through panda. "Nutshell is a powerful tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? How it keeps record of everything and I can keep track of all of my customers and their companies. I can have attachments added to a lead and the system is very organized What do you dislike about Nutshell? Some of their merging functions, I wish it was easier to find company or person files and access all type of documents. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? Greate one stop shop. Has the ability to manage multiple customers and you can do all your emailing and calling directly from the website. What do you like best about Nutshell? It's a portal to track leads. I need a CRM. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell is not intuitive & does not interface well with outlook-you have to do everything twice & there are not "push out notifications" outside of Nutshell. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It is not intuitive in the lead generation tracking space.
