"Nutshell is the best value tool for business development"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very easy to use, has lots of tools and is inexpensive. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Occasional downtime and updates to the system can cause an interruption. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell allows me to track the sales cycle for onboarding new clients.

"Nutshell CRM works for a small shop"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very intuitive. It is easy to train employees. Nutshell staff helped integrate our Unbounce information, so it automatically updates when our web forms are completed. Using the templates makes replying simple. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "It gets the basics right, and has powerful email automations, workflows & phone apps."
What do you like best about Nutshell? The interface is less intimidating for non-sales types than SalesForce or HubSpot. Entering and cross-referencing contact points on individuals and companies is seamless and easy. Good G-Suite integration. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Limited ability to create structures outside of the formatted silos of 'people and companies'. Mapping features are buggy, driven by auto-formatting addresses that are often inaccurate. What do you like best about Nutshell? As a small business, pricing is crucial to us. Nutshell's pricing for what the product gives us is absolutely amazing. We have access to so many more CRM features that we never thought we'd be able to utilize without breaking the bank. What do you dislike about Nutshell? No dislikes. What do you like best about Nutshell? How this works after the sale. It allows us to create check off lists to assign tasks prior to installations What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Solid CRM, Does what it says"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Fairly easy to use and does all the basics a CRM should do. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Wish it had better Gmail integration instead of having to bcc it all the time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We didn't have a CRM before, so this is what we are using it for.
