What do you like best about Nutshell? Great service! I feel like all of my business needs are met with you. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes the services is a little slow and when I reach out for additional support it can be difficult to find help. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Really great for this plus the integration with Salesforce really helps me to manage prospects.

"Nutshell Performs Multiple Functions of a CRM Quite Well."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Most of the Search and Reminder and Scheduling functions I need are very simple to use and go somewhat beyond basics. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I would like to have additional search features built into it as well as additional outcall service options. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It is primarily used as a CRM program and it adequately keeps track of customers, potential customers, and activities involving same.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell's user-friendly interface and it's built-in CRM features make it a top choice. Setting reminders, overall flexibility ( so you can use it like you need to) tracking critical data, and the dedicated support provided are far better than industry-averages. "Flexible and straightforward "

What do you like best about Nutshell? The app is a great way to scan cards and add contacts! Easy to run basic reports. Appreciate the reminder functionality. I like the customizable pipelines so we can see the progression of each project. What do you dislike about Nutshell? After having paid tens of thousands of dollars for a major CRM system that saw very limited adoption by the team, we needed something more straightforward and far more intuitive. What do you like best about Nutshell? The post-sales support from Nutshell is the primary reason I chose the platform. Suffice it to say I have not been disappointed. What do you like best about Nutshell? How user friendly it is to pull information up and that you can access it whether you are in the office or on the road. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
